About me
Hello and welcome to my website.
My name is Evie, I am a personal trainer based in London.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I chose to start my company. I have been into sports since I was child and this eventually lead me to join the gym when I was 16. I started off like everyone else, on the cardio machines and eventually the resistance machines. After a year, I had learned a few things about weight training, and by a few things I mean, how to perform exercises and what muscles those exercises trained. Being one of the only few consistent female members in my gym, women started to ask me questions about my training regime for tips and asked to train with me. After training with a few different people I realised I really enjoyed it and so I decided to pursue personal training.
Working as a personal trainer part time, while I was doing my degree, my passion grew. I knew this was what I wanted and what I was suppose to do. So, I decided to start up my company, Evieojjehfitness. My aim now is to help people reach their health and fitness goals in a enjoyable and sustainable way.
I am REPS qualified in level 2 gym instructing, level 3 personal training, level 3 pre and post natal training, level 3 GP referral and level 4 diabetes and obesity and planning to pursue even more qualifications and knowledge, in order to help everyone else, as best I can.
