About me
Hey, welcome to my website, let me introduce myself.
My name is Evie, I am a personal trainer and online coach. I love fitness, fluffy socks, sharks and reading books.
In college I decided to get my personal training qualification so I could work a flexible job part time while studying economics full time at university. And I just fell in love with it. I decided to broaden my learning and my expertise while at university, picked up 5 more qualifications and could not get enough. Once I got my degree, I decided to try personal training full time and I haven't turned back since.
I am CIMPSA qualified in level 2 gym instructing, level 3 personal training, level 3 pre and post natal training, posture work, injury rehabilitation, level 3 GP referral and level 4 diabetes and obesity. My training and education never stops, I keep up to date with current research and science based training techniques.
For the past year I have been slowly transitioning into the online world to help men and women enjoy their workouts without the guesswork of how to get the results they want, with programming and guidance.
My goal is to transition to a full time online coach, to help men and women everywhere understand their body and feel good inside and outside of the gym. You do not have to live in the gym to reach your goals, this is where I come in.
I am very flexible in my teachings, I do not believe one size fits all and I emphasis the importance of mindset and perspective when it comes to exercising.
I like to think of myself as a lifetime student when it comes to my career and my personal life, I love organising, which definitely makes me well suited to be an entrepreneur and I love to work in silence.
