Personal training - I advise you consult your doctor before participating in exercise. We will keep all information private and confidential. By signing our client - trainer agreement and purchasing sessions you agree to the following terms; all information provided by and about yourself is accurate. No refunds, no matter the circumstance. We will have a client-trainer agreement and PAR-Q completed prior to exercise. All medical conditions or injuries have been fully made aware of. You agree that you are engaging in exercise at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Evie Ojjeh and Evieojjehfitness from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown. I can train those with medical conditions but they should be brought to my attention prior to exercise, that includes those who are pre and post natal. In order to reach your full potential you need to have a good and appropriate diet alongside consistent training (including training by yourself if applicable).

The same day you sign up and pay, you will receive documents including your contract and questionnaires that need to be completed and sent back, once they have been sent back you will be set up on Truecoach and your program will be ready within 24 hours. Both options for Online Coaching by Evieojjehfitness (Basic and Premium package) are a monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Once you have cancelled, you will have access to the service until the end of the billed cycle.
