How much do you charge for personal training sessions?
The price I charge for personal training sessions depend on the area and location you want to train. To find out more please fill out this form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where do you offer personal training sessions?
I offer personal training sessions in the gym, outside or in the comfort of your own home.
WHo are you able to train?
I can train anyone from the ages 16 up. That includes elderly people, those with health/medical conditions and those who are pregnant or who have recently had a baby.
in What locations do you offer personal training?
I offer personal training sessions in and around the London and Croydon area. Specifically, south west London. If you are wondering whether I provide personal training in your area, please fill in this form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What types of personal training do you offer?
I offer 1-2-1 and group sessions.
HOW Long do the personal training sessions last?
The personal training sessions usually last 1 hour. But I do also offer 30, 45 or 90 minute sessions. Contact me for more details.
How many people can do group personal training sessions?
Group training sessions can be maximum 6 people, minimum 2.
Are block payments available for personal traINING?
Yes, block payments are available and you do get a % off if you pay in block. For more information or for prices, please contact me.
DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN GYM WHERE YOU PROVIDE SESSIONS?
I currently do not have my own gym space, but I am looking into finding a space for the near future.

Why is there a waiting list for online coaching?
1-2-1 Online Coaching by Evieojjehfitness currently opens every 2 months. If you are interested in signing up and its not currently open, you can sign up to the waiting list to save your space for when it does open. The dates for when sign up opens again will be on the top of the waiting list page.
What different packages do you have to offer?

wHAT IS THE Cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime!
is there a minimum COMMITMENT policy?
It is 1 month minimum, but you can cancel anytime. So if you sign up on the 1st of January, and cancel on the 15th of January (or anytime before the next payment), you get the rest of the month and then your subscription is cancelled.

Great. You will receive a confirmation email shortly and within 24 hours you will receive another 2 emails with documents that need to be filled out and sent back to me. Once this is all sent back, your profile will be set up on Truecoach and your program ready the same day!
Do i need a laptop or computer?
No you do not. There is an app available to download on your phone.

ARE THE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS?
The general training programs (build your core, build muscle, tone up, lose fat, build a booty) are designed for those who have some basic knowledge and understanding of most exercises. For true beginners, I would recommend the tailored training program, as it is made for you specifically.

Questionnaires for training programs are sent via email withing 48 hours of purchase. If it has been longer than the time stated above, please contact me and I will look into the situation.

The tailored training program are specifically designed for you, around your goals and aims. On the other hand, the general training programs, are designed for the average, healthy person.

No, in order to recieve an update you would have to make another purchase.

DO I NEED TO GO TO THE GYM TO DO THE TRAINING PROGRAMS?
The 'build your core', 'tone up', 'lose fat' and tailored training programs have 'at home' or 'gym based' options. The 'build a booty' and 'build muscle' training programs are only gym based, so you will need regular access to a gym/gym equipment.
I CANNOT VIEW MY PROGRAM.
I send all my programs via PDF. If you have an issue opening up your program on your device, please contact me and I will change the format and resend the program.
HOW LONG DO I FOLLOW THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?
You can follow the training program for as long as you want. All training programs include 20+ exercises and so can be recycled many times. There are also a range of reps and sets, these can also be mixed around.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds no matter the circumstance. If you have an issue with the program please contact me and I will see what I can do to help with the issue.
